AJ's 9th Birthday at Great Wolf Lodge

 

A.J.'s Birthday was spent at Great Wolf Lodge in Kansas City, KS.  The boys spent the entire weekend in their P.J.'s  (As did every other child at the Lodge) We all had such a blast!  The boys played Magiquest until Rod and I were about to collapse.  This is a fun game where the boys get their own magic wands and run through the lodge completing a bunch of tasks on their quest.  They both became Master Magi.

The waterpark was just too much fun!  It was the perfect temperature and it even had an adults only hot tub!  Xander took a long time getting up the courage to do the water slides.  The double raft was NOT his favorite as you can see by the picture.  The red and yellow were finally deemed acceptable when he realized he could control the speed by sitting up or laying down.
