Mom and the boy's day out...

Today was gorgeous and the boys and I were itching to get out of the house. AJ has been begging to see the 3D movie "Seamonsters" at the zoo's IMax theater. He saw it in Utah with Grandpa Lloyd and has been a bit obsessed with it ever since. So we headed out this morning to see the movie and get in a few hours at our favorite zoo haunts. It was a lot of fun but the boys really missed their dad since it was our first outing to the zoo without him. When we got home, they had surprise birthday cards from grandma so they had to rush out and spend their birthday money. All in all, it was a fun day and a great adventure. Next week - the children's museum, that is unless the Huskers have a home game with all their psychotic fans...then we'll just have to make do at home with the trampoline;)
