Rod Graduates ALS

Rod graduated Airman Leadership training this month. This is a huge step to him becoming a non-commissioned officer. It was a month of hard studying and lots of extra "volun-told" hours doing volunteer work. I was very proud of him! He did struggle the following week however as he had only 2 days to prepare for his deployment while the rest of his crew had the entire month! He did great though. Sorry about the second picture, I only had a second to snap it and this was the result!
