Making cookies

So Halloween is a mere month and a half away and the boys decided it was high time we made some cookies. They did most of the work this year, and as you can see were VERY good at it. AJ concentrated on making "Poison Apples" some call this shape a pumpkin but not our AJ. Xander, as always, preferred to concentrate on bats and of course, headstones.

In the end, the decorating was the best part. Forget the frosting, just pile on the decorators icing. A.J. got some on the cookies and a LOT in his mouth.
Xander tried the icing but decided it didn't taste quite as good as A.J. had promised.

That looks like so much fun! I need to do that with my kids this year. I think mine have finally decided what they're going to be for Halloween. How 'bout yours?

Xander - Jango Fett (absolutely positively NOT Boba Fett) and AJ has finally gotten sick of Ninjas (probably only for this year) and is going to be a Hotwheels race car driver:)
