Well, the school year ended with a huge sigh of relief from me! I was more than ready for a break after my introduction to First Grade. Below are the boys teachers from last year. I had Rod take pictures on the last day of school so that the boys had something to remember these awesome teachers by! The first is Miss. Reichs. She was A.J.'s 3rd grade teacher and they had a serious bond. She said A.J. could make her laugh harder than any other student she'd had. She also taught him how to handle teasing. She made his year extraordinary! This year he stops by her room every morning before heading to his 4th grade classroom!
Xander's teacher was Mrs. Hudson. It's a toss up as to who loved her more - him or me! Without her, I probably would have quit my job. She was there every step of the way to teach me how to deal with 1st grade. She taught me the curriculum and gave me copies of ALL her files. We have become very good friends...Oh, and Xander really loved her too!
